The protection plan includes:

• Product lost in transit
• The product was damaged in transit

Terms and Conditions:

• The claim must be filed within 72 hours of delivery
• Includes one replacement / repair per item.
• Please send a clear image of the defective product to our Customer Support Team, and we will gladly replace the item.
